Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • Clothing must have no stains, scents, or signs of wear

  • Mugs must be unused and free of chips or cracks

Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • clearance items

  • Digital products or gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We will send a replacement or provide a refund.
